The BODY Method is hosting a studio-exclusive Pub Crawl on Plumas Street! This exciting Y2K-themed event features drinks and a scavenger hunt at participating bars on Plumas. The day kicks off with a fun, beginner-friendly Pilates class and culminates in an after-party at the studio, featuring a live DJ and signature recovery refreshments.
