Service Description
Join us every Friday night this summer (May 9th-July 25th) for a high-energy, neon-themed pilates choreo class with a new and upbeat music genre every week! This class is considered an "event" and cannot be used with a Class Pass, however Platinum Unlimited and Duo Members are able to book Neon Nights using their membership. (GMH Loyalty Card Holders are able to book Neon Nights for $10.)

Cancellation Policy
OUR SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. Group Class Sessions: If you need to re-schedule your session, you must do so at least 24-hours prior to the start of your session, either online or on our app. We do not transfer bookings or give refunds for late cancellations and missed sessions. If you wish to make up a class that you missed, you will have to do so on a first come, first serve basis. Private & Group Sessions: If you need to re-schedule your session, you must do so at least 48-hours prior to the start of your session by contacting your instructor or are our front desk. We do not transfer bookings or give refunds for late cancellations and missed sessions. There is a two-week grace period to make up pre-paid sessions, after which point your session will be lost. Two or more re-scheduled unpaid sessions in a rolling three-month period constitute a pre-paid booking status only. This means that all future private and group sessions must be pre-paid bookings. *All "New Client" private and group bookings are pre-paid bookings ONLY. Your invoice must be paid within 24-hours of receipt to hold your booking. *All participants must complete a liability waiver with photo and video consent in order to participate in any group class or private session. *Minors must attend sessions with a parent or guardian or have a completed parent consent form on file.
