Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid losing your session. Clients are subject to an automatic late cancel fee if cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the start of the appointment or a no-show fee if cancelled less than an hour prior to the start of the appointment. Please reach out to us by phone or message us on the app or online at least 24-hours prior to the start of your appointment to cancel/re-schedule and avoid penalties.
