Teaches the basics of the BODY METHOD through an integrative approach to mat, barre and reformer classes to build a strong foundation that promotes precision and results during specialized classes.

Cancellation Policy
ADULT CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE! (Session Credit will be considered for extenuating circumstances.) Please cancel/re-schedule your booking within 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid our $10 Late Cancel Fee.** An automatic $25 No-Show fee will be charged to the card on file for ALL no-shows.* *Cancellations past the 3-hour booking window are considered no-shows! We will only waive up to two Late Cancel fees per member per year.** [ALL MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO FEES!]
