Cancellation Policy

OUR SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. YOU ARE ABLE TO CANCEL/RE-SCHEDULE CLASSES ONLINE OR THROUGH THE FIT BY WIX APP! Group Class Sessions: If you need to cancel or re-schedule your session, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to the start of class, either online or on the app. We do not transfer bookings or give refunds for late cancellations and missed sessions. If you wish to make up a class that you missed, you will have to do so on a first come, first serve basis in a class with openings. The system will ask you to put a payment card on file because EVERYONE, including Sponsors, is subject to late-cancel/no-show fees, which are automatically charged to the card on file. Private & Group Sessions: There is a 20% required deposit that must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you need to re-schedule your session, you must do so at least 48-hours prior to the start of your session by contacting your instructor or the front desk. We do not transfer bookings or give refunds for late cancellations and no-shows. There is a two-week grace period to re-schedule missed sessions, after which point a your session will be lost and your deposit will not be returned. A minimum of two missed bookings constitutes a one hundred percent pre-paid booking status. *All participants must complete a liability waiver with photo and video consent in order to participate in any group class or private session. *Minors must attend sessions with a parent or guardian or have a completed parent consent form on file.
