Service Description

*MUST PRE-BOOK! Childcare hours in our Mini Gym are for both Members and Non-Members that are taking a class at The BODY Studio or utilizing our Coffee Lounge. Kids ages 5 to 12 years are welcome for OPEN PLAY in our Mini Gym during Staffed Hours with a Liability Waiver on file.

Cancellation Policy

KIDS CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE! *SESSION CREDIT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. Session Cancelation/Re-Schedule booking window is no later than 3 hours prior to the start of class. *An automatic $15 No-Show/Late-Cancel fee will be charged to the card on file for ALL cancelations past the 3-hour booking window!** (We will only waive up to two fees per member per year.) **FEES WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR FULL, WAITLISTED, OR SINGLE PARTICIPANT CLASSES! [ALL MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO FEES!]
